Doctorate in social sciences is registered in the national registry of quality graduate programs (PNPC) as consolidated graduate CONACYT. This recognition of the quality of the program implies that students may receive scholarship from CONACYT, according to budget availability of that agency, to devote himself full time to his studies.

e. Degree master’s or, failing that, the Act of examination of degree or official document certifying the obtaining the degree (original and a copy). In case of not having the degree at the end of this call, the / the applicant must submit a letter where expose the motives and commitment to delivery of this document set later on November 14, 2013. In no event will be accepted to a / applicant that for this latter date has not credited the obtaining the degree.

g. Official certificate attesting a minimum overall average of 8.0 in the master (original and a copy).
h. Evidence of TOEFL attesting at least 450 points with existing validity. In case of not having this record at the end of this call, the / the applicant must submit a letter where expose the motives and commitment to delivery of this document set later on November 14, 2013.
i. A copy of the thesis master’s degree and academic papers written in the / the applicant (article, book, chapter, book, report, research, etc.).

k. A research proposal related to the line of research which aims and themes of the researchers. Maximum five pages.

students must cover a fee for registration of $2,900.00 (two thousand nine hundred pesos) to start the program and four annual instalments of $11,600.00 (eleven thousand and six hundred pesos) each after the first (June 2014), third (June 2015), fifth (June 2016) and seventh (June of 2017) semesters.
